Local Houston Buyers
In order to complete the transaction if you are local to Houston here are the requirements.
- You will need a clear background check with status "PROCEED" with a control number. We will run the background check, please contact us before purchasing.
- You have a valid License to Carry which will bypass the background check. If you have a valid LTC you can proceed with the purchase. The LTC must be presented at time of completing the ATF paperwork.
- You must be a Texas resident with a Valid Texas ID card or Texas Driver's License.
- You must complete the paperwork in person at our office in order for the firearm to be transferred to you. You cannot sign by proxy or have someone else pick up the firearm for you.
** If you do not adhere to the above policy and complete the purchase, all refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. The rest will be refunded to you.**

Out of state Purchasers
If you're not local to Houston or out of state here are the requirements for purchase:
- You must be able to purchase legally in your home state and meet your state requirements
- You will need a local FFL dealer (Gun Dealer with Valid License) in your state that the purchase can be shipped to. *Firearms cannot be shipped directly to your home*
- When purchase is complete please have your local FFL dealer email us at FFL@state28armory.com with a copy of their FFL license. They will need your name and order number in the email to validate the correct order will be sent.
- The firearm will be shipped to your local FFL dealer with a tracking number provided. They will complete your state requirements to transfer the firearm to you.
** Please note: Make sure you are legally able to own a firearm as any denials you will be responsible to ship the gun back to us and a 20% restocking fee will be charged to you. **
